We’re thrilled to name Ryan Roberts as our Employee of the Month for April here at Toys 4 Life! Ryan’s been absolutely smashing it behind the scenes as our Marketing Executive, driving real change and helping us grow in all the right directions.
Over the past few months, Ryan has played a key role in expanding our mission. Thanks to his hard work, we’ve placed more toy and textile recycle banks across England and Wales, making it easier than ever for families, schools, and communities to donate unwanted items.
But it’s not just about setting up banks – it’s about encouraging people to use them. Ryan has taken that challenge head-on, raising awareness of our cause through targeted campaigns, community outreach, and some pretty exciting press coverage (yes, that was us on the BBC, thanks to his persistence!).
He’s also been instrumental in building partnerships with local charities, helping ensure we support communities that support us.
Despite his busy schedule juggling digital campaigns and marketing meetings, Ryan’s also rolled up his sleeves and spent time in the warehouse. Whether it’s helping the team sort and bag toys and textiles, or making sure everything stays on track during busy periods, Ryan’s not afraid to get stuck in.
His hands-on attitude embodies the Toys 4 Life spirit – everyone here shares the same goal: keeping quality toys out of landfill.
