MAKING A CONTRACT
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods we will send you a confirmation of order to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
PLACING AN ORDER

Across the transformable range (Grow Up, Surf Up, Swing Up and Lift Up) the minimum order quantity is four units, this can be mixed models and colours. The minimum order quantity for the construction range (Build Up) is ten units, this can be mixed standard and large sets.
Whilst we strive to be in stock of all items at all times, this is not always possible.
We will notify you to let you know if any items are out of stock at the time of your order.
Any items not in stock at time of ordering will not be back ordered, but must be re-ordered at a later time.
Payment must be made on receipt of invoice, goods will not be released until full payment has been received unless we have entered a credit agreement.
Payment can be made by Bank transfer or cheque. We regret we do not accept payment online.
DELIVERY
Toys4Life aims to deliver within 5 working days of accepting your order in accordance with our agreed payment terms.
If you do need your order urgently then please place your order and then contact us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to get it to you the very next day as long as your account is up to date.
Order shortages must be notified toToys4Life within 5 working days of receipt of order.
If your parcel appears to be damaged in any way upon receipt, you must note this when you sign for it.
We cannot accept claims for a damaged delivery if you have signed to say the delivery is in good condition.
The goods are at risk of the buyer from the time of the delivery.
Our minimum carriage paid order is £250 excluding VAT.
Orders under this amount will be charged at £10.00 carriage.
All prices are exclusive of and value added tax.
We can supply any mainland UK address, but if you are in the Highlands or Islands we may have to quote individually for shipping costs or use an economy delivery tariff.
YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL
You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 working days after receipt of delivery. If you cancel within this period we will refund the full cost of the items within 30 days. To do this, please contact us by email: sales@toys4life.co.uk or send a letter to the above address. Goods must only be returned after prior consultation and you have been asked to do so. Should you cancel, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective.
Please ensure that you include all the packaging with the goods and goods reach us in unused resalable condition unless the goods are defective. We cannot accept returns of unsuitable goods.
If goods that you have purchased from us and then resold to your customer prove to be faulty, you must contact us to arrange their return. We cannot collect faulty items from your customer.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
Toys4Life is not the manufacturer of these goods, we endeavour to transfer to the buyer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given to Toys4Life.
Toys4Life warrants that (subject to other provisions of these conditions) on delivery, and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, the goods shall be in satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. We do not warrant the goods are fit for any particular purpose whether this purpose is known or ought to be known to Toys4Life.
We shall not be liable for a breach of the above should the buyer make further use of such goods after giving notice in writing of a defect or the defect arises because the buyer failed to follow the manufacturer’s instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the goods, good trade practice or the buyer alters or repairs such goods without written consent of Toys4Life or the manufacturer.
LEGAL NOTICE
These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law. All goods remain the property of Toys4Life until paid in full.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall apply to any order placed by the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and those passing between the parties these terms shall prevail. No variation of the terms and conditions shall be allowed unless expressly accepted in writing.

PRIVACY POLICY
Toys4Life do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
